Frigo Number 1

ree

It all began with a checked notebook I purchased from a train station shop in Northern Europe. I was drawn to its size and volume, although I had no specific purpose in mind for it at the time.

Months later, seeking a break from a rainy afternoon spent studying for a chemistry test in my room, I began rummaging through drawers, books, papers, and pencil cases.

It was then that I remembered the unopened notebook.

I hurried to a stationary store and bought a set of 12 colorful, attractive, and irresistible felt markers. Returning to my room, I intended to try them out on the pristine pages of my new notebook.

I can't recall exactly how I started drawing and colouring, nor can I explain why a blue fridge and a black man emerged. The outcome was captivating, even to me, as I immediately felt a connection to these two unfamiliar figures.

Who were they?

Where did they come from, and why did they appear instead of a vase of flowers or a peaceful landscape?

I felt compelled to unravel the mystery surrounding the man and the fridge.

And thus began the saga of the man and the fridge
