Lorenzo, a kindred spirit of mine and an incredibly talented photographer, has always held a profound love for the sea. Our friendship blossomed in the year 2005, a time when we both sought to explore our creative boundaries and exchange our respective talents in a meaningful way.
During this particular period, I was in the enchanting phase of my life, carrying the precious weight of my second pregnancy, which was now in its eighth month. Thus, we agreed to embark on a unique collaboration: a black and white photo shoot that would encapsulate the beauty of motherhood while showcasing Lorenzo’s exceptional skills as a photographer.
In exchange for this artistic endeavor, I offered Lorenzo something from the depths of the sea. This fish, a vibrant and exotic specimen from the rich tapestry of marine life, is the symbol of our creative exchange.
The fish image appeared on a wide range of products. From fabrics to home decorations, this decorative design became a cherished symbol of the connection we built through our artistic pursuits. This collaboration strengthened our friendship, united by our shared passion for the sea and the enchantment of creativity.
